Every artisan and brand on DesiDunya undergoes a rigorous verification process. We physically inspect sample pieces and verify their craftsmanship history before allowing them to list on our premium stage.

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our artisans begin the preparation/stitching process. Please contact contact@desidunya.com for urgent requests.

'Unstitched' refers to fabric pieces that you can get tailored yourself. 'Pret' is our ready-to-wear collection available in standard sizes (S, M, L, XL).

Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3-5 business days. International shipping typically takes 7-12 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can also use our 'Trace Order' page to see real-time updates on your shipment.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Safepay, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. For premium bridal collections, we also offer secure bank transfers.

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with certified payment gateways. Your funds are held in escrow and only released to the artisan once you confirm receipt of your order.
