By creating an account on DesiDunya, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or engage in fraudulent activities.
DesiDunya acts as a platform connecting independent artisans (Suppliers) with customers. While we facilitate transactions, the contract for sale is directly between the buyer and the seller.
All payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateways (SafePay, JazzCash, Easypaisa). DesiDunya does not store your credit card or sensitive banking information.
Funds are held in escrow and released to the supplier only after successful delivery and the expiration of the dispute window, ensuring buyer protection.

DesiDunya is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions between users and suppliers. Artisan products are handmade and may have slight variations from images; these are not considered defects.
